Leah Stradley

Chief Financial Officer

Leah is a seasoned accounting and financial management professional with more than 30 years of experience spanning management accounting, consulting, tax preparation, and mission-driven nonprofit finance. A licensed CPA since 1989, she has built a career defined by technical excellence, analytical clarity, and steady, values-driven leadership.

Leah began her career in litigation support consulting, spending a decade conducting complex financial analyses, damages evaluations, and case preparation for legal teams. Her precision, clear communication, and ability to translate intricate financial data into practical guidance quickly established her as a trusted financial strategist.

She went on to lead and manage two consulting firms, overseeing all accounting functions while improving reporting systems, strengthening operations, and supporting strategic decision-making. These roles sharpened her leadership style—collaborative, methodical, and grounded in building efficient, transparent financial systems.

Leah then shifted her focus to the nonprofit sector, where she has made a lasting impact. She has managed full-cycle accounting operations, built budgets, enhanced internal controls, improved compliance, and delivered reliable financial reporting for mission-driven organizations. Her work has helped nonprofits strengthen stability, steward donor resources responsibly, and scale their impact with confidence. Leah’s ability to blend technical rigor with a genuine commitment to mission has made her a sought-after financial partner to nonprofit leaders.

Over the past five years, she has continued serving both small businesses and nonprofits through tax preparation and accounting management, offering thoughtful, dependable guidance. Across every chapter of her career, Leah remains committed to helping organizations operate with clarity, integrity, and long-term financial health.
